Check in time: 2:30 pm. Please phone ahead if you are going to arrive after 7.00pm.
Check out time: 10:30 am (unless by prior arrangement)
Child Policy: Children welcome. Baby cot free of charge. No extra charge if a child can share their parent’s room. Children requiring their own room will be charged full room rate.
Disabled Access: No
Facilities - Hotel: Lounge with open fire, TV, DVD player & DVDs, books and magazines, games, guitar and piano. Original New Zealand artwork decorates the lodge. Free wireless hotspot. Newly resurfaced tennis court.
Rooms:Four luxuriously furnished ensuite guest rooms with private verandas/patios opening onto a large garden with views beyond to the ocean and mountains. TV, DVD, toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryers, heaters, electric blankets, tea & coffee making facilities.
General: 2 Guests per room
Location - Surroundings: 6 Kilometers north of Kaikoura. Two hours drive from Picton ferry terminal.
Closest Airport: Christchurch – 2.5 hours. Also accessible by small plane or helicopter.

- Bedding: Mountain and Pacific rooms have super king/twin beds.
- Veranda and Garden rooms have queen beds.
- No smoking.
Cancellation policy:
- Within 40 days incurs a charge of 25% of the full tariff.
- Within 20 days incurs a charge of 50% of the full tariff.
- Within 10 days incurs a charge of 100% of the full tariff.
It is advisable to take out travel insurance to cover this.
